Roth Division Vice President
Randy Settimio is the Vice President of Business Operations for Roth, a Sodexo Company. He leads the management, operations and business development conversions. Randy’s primary work experience has been in the industrial design/build industry in the areas of sales, marketing, construction division management, and executive management of engineering, procurement, construction, technical services and overall company operations. His primary responsibilities as a company executive began working in the areas of enterprise strategic planning and development for facilities management and organizational development of FM services. With over 20 years in facilities management, Mr. Settimio’s areas of expertise also include engineering, supply chain management, project management and executive leadership. Randy also plays an important role as a core member of Sodexo’s FM Platform executive team.
Director of Human Resources
Barb McHale is the Director of Human Resources and Benefits for Roth, a Sodexo company. Barb plays a lead role in the design, implementation and management of HR Programs, ensures compliance of all HR policies and procedures and local, state, and federal requirements. She is responsible for all aspects of HR administration including benefits, EEO compliance, staffing/recruitment, compensation, workers’ compensation, performance management, training/development, employee relations and provides consultation to management. Barb’s door is always open and acts as a liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and/or regulations.
Vice President Facilities Automation
Kevin Callahan manages the Roth Facilities Automation Division of the Roth, a Sodexo Company, Corporate Headquarters Division as well as overseeing the Tampa, Florida Satellite Office overseeing all facets of HVAC controls engineering, project management, installation, and the programming of Energy Management Systems. Facilities Automation performs various building controls, Card Access System, Digital Video Recorder Projects, and several Building Energy Analytic offerings on a National basis providing the customer with an enterprise solution to view all of their properties from one integrated platform. Kevin also manages all departmental HR, A/R, and P&L for the divisions.
Executive Director HVAC Construction
Mike Olson is directing the day to day operations of the HVAC Construction and Metal Fabrication Divisions. His responsibilities include planning and directing department activities, estimating, purchasing and management support. Mike routinely works with clients in final contract negotiations. He has over 35 years construction experience that includes construction operations, project management, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and contract negotiating. Mike has completed projects in variety of construction sectors including, high rise, industrial, commercial/retail, institutional, low rise flex office, multi-family, hotel/motel, and sports and exhibition. Other areas of expertise for Mr. Olson include: procurement, site utility infrastructure, general contracting, scheduling and constructability analysis.
Ryan Siege joined Roth, a Sodexo company in May 2011 as a Safety Coordinator and in August 2014 he became the Safety Manager. Mr. Siege’s responsibilities include; developing programs and policies to enhance safety and environmental compliance within the corporation, new hire orientations and completing jobsite inspections to keep compliant with state, federal and local laws. He is also responsible for providing training to shop and field employees to give them the knowledge needed to protect themselves from injury. Ryan is responsible for the development, organization and the administration of the Roth Corporate Safety Program, Drug Free Workplace Program, and the Roth Corporate Fleet Safety Program. He is a licensed Asbestos Evaluation Specialist in the state of Ohio, an Authorized OSHA construction outreach training, Authorized NRCA CERTA trainer, Certified by DBI/SALA Capital Safety as competent person in fall protection and Certified by the National Safety Council as a Certified Powered Industrial Truck Trainer.
Senior Director of IT
Jeff Podlogar serves as Director of Information Technology at Roth, a Sodexo Company. IT supports all aspects of Roth’s businesses by building and supporting flexible systems that give Roth a competitive advantage in the industry. Jeff’s areas of expertise include technical leadership, application architecture, project management, and cost estimation. With over 25 years’ experience in the field, Mr. Podlogar is also competent in strategic planning, coaching, mentoring, budgeting and staffing.
Vice President of Business Development
Steve Weiand is leading the Sales and Business Development offer for Roth, a Sodexo Company in the United States. This includes managing the Energy, Utility, Roofing, Facility Automation, HVAC Construction and Service technical sales management capabilities across the businesses vertical segments. Steve is responsible for providing technical sales resources across Sodexo, local and national client portfolios including the full offer of Roth services. Steve’s responsibilities include customer relationships, developing solutions, sales performance and even offering new products and services along the way. Steve will analyze markets to help drive Roth’s service suite of solutions sales to all of our clients so that we continue to improve the “quality of life” for those we serve.
Sr. Executive Vice President of HVAC Service
Rich Wardle has developed and managed multiple successful business units for Roth, a Sodexo company. Rich started and managed the National HVAC Service Division, which provides Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning services to multi-unit commercial properties in all 50 U.S. states. Roth’s Facilities Automation Division experienced significant growth and market share through his leadership, developing cross sale opportunities with HVAC Service customers. He also oversees the Energy Management Systems (EMS) Monitoring Group, which monitors and maintains systems remotely for optimal Building performance. Most recently, Rich has worked to develop Roth’s Command Center Operations- a full service Facilities Services platform that will enable clients to meet all their facilities services needs through a central point of contact. Rich has over 35 years of experience in the facilities services industry. His areas of expertise include sales, sales management, operations management and product development.
Sr. Executive Director of Roof Asset Management
Dan Peacock is responsible for all operational aspects of the National Roof Asset Management Program including design with a focus on solutions, integration and long term strategic planning. Mr. Peacock’s areas of expertise lend themselves to executive management, roofing, general contracting, construction project management, architectural design, estimating and budgeting, real estate development, and facilities management. With over 30 years of construction, design and development experience, Mr. Peacock is an Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional.
Executive Vice President of Energy Efficiency Administration
Mike Wardle’s leadership helped grow the HVAC Service division into the leader of National HVAC accounts management. He developed the Utility Energy Efficiency division for Roth, a Sodexo Company. Mike now leads the Utility Energy Efficiency Programs Division across the United States. He is responsible for ensuring that his group provides full service management and implantation commercial and industrial Energy Efficiency programs for utilities. These services include development of program websites for application enrollment, marketing collateral to promote customer participation, detailed program design of energy conservation measures such as lighting, HVAC and industrial customer processes and specialized outreach by our energy specialists. Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the facilities service industry. His areas of expertise include business development and sales management as well as executive, marketing and operations management and product development.
Executive Director of Command Center
Tom Kerpelis has eight years’ experience in the Mechanical Engineering field, over twenty years’ experience in the Energy Management / Building Automation industry and 12 years’ experience in Call Center and Service Deployment industry. He currently oversees the Service Response Center and EMS Monitoring Response Center for Sodexo NORAM Command Center. Responsibilities include but not limited to; expanding customer base, developing service operation offerings, implementation and rollouts of new customer contracts, reviewing and expanding internal operations / software applications as related to customer offering, management and training of all personnel in all facets related to service offering. His unique approach was instrumental in the growth of the EMS Monitoring Response Center which currently services over 2800 sites, covering twelve different energy management systems and the creation and deployment of the Service Response Center which provides services to over 15,000 facilities.
