Barb McHale:

Senior Director of Human Resources

Barb McHale is the Director of Human Resources and Benefits for Sodexo Technical Services and Sodexo Project Management. Barb plays a lead role in the design, implementation and management of HR Programs, ensures compliance of all HR policies and procedures and local, state, and federal requirements. She is responsible for all aspects of HR administration including benefits, EEO compliance, staffing/recruitment, compensation, workers’ compensation, performance management, training/development, employee relations and provides consultation to management. Barb’s door is always open and acts as a liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and/or regulations.

Kevin Callahan:

Vice President Facilities Automation and HVAC Construction

Kevin Callahan manages the Facilities Automation and HVAC Construction Divisions of the Sodexo Project Management Corporate Headquarters.  Kevin oversees all facets of controls engineering, project management, installation, and the programming of Energy Management Systems. Facilities Automation performs various building controls, Card Access System, Digital Video Recorder Projects, and several Building Energy Analytic offerings on a National basis providing the customer with an enterprise solution to view all of their properties from one integrated platform. Kevin also manages all departmental HR, A/R, and P&L for the divisions.

Ryan Siege:

Safety Manager 

Ryan Siege joined Sodexo Technical Services and Sodexo Project Management in May 2011 as a Safety Coordinator and in August 2014 he became the Safety Manager. Mr. Siege’s responsibilities include; developing programs and policies to enhance safety and environmental compliance within the corporation, new hire orientations and completing job site inspections to keep compliant with state, federal and local laws. He is also responsible for providing training to shop and field employees to give them the knowledge needed to protect themselves from injury. Ryan is responsible for the development, organization and the administration of the Sodexo Technical Services and Sodexo Project Management Corporate Safety Program, Drug Free Workplace Program, and the Sodexo Corporate Fleet Safety Program. He is a licensed Asbestos Evaluation Specialist in the state of Ohio, an Authorized OSHA construction outreach training, Authorized NRCA CERTA trainer, Certified by DBI/SALA Capital Safety as competent person in fall protection and Certified by the National Safety Council as a Certified Powered Industrial Truck Trainer.

Jeff Podlogar:

Senior Director of IT

Jeff Podlogar serves as Director of Information Technology for Sodexo Technical Services and Sodexo Project Management. IT supports all aspects of Sodexo Technical Services and Sodexo Project Management businesses by building and supporting flexible systems that give Sodexo a competitive advantage in the industry. Jeff’s areas of expertise include technical leadership, application architecture, project management, and cost estimation. With over 25 years’ experience in the field, Mr. Podlogar is also competent in strategic planning, coaching, mentoring, budgeting and staffing.

Barry Wardle:

Vice President of Sales and Business Development 

Barry Wardle is responsible for leading the Sales and Business Development group for Sodexo Technical Services.  This includes sales for all National Facility Services including: HVAC/R, Mechanical, Roofing, Plumbing, Handyman, and more.  This also includes the sales efforts for additional professional services such as HVAC Construction and Building Automation Systems. Barry is responsible for providing these technical sales resources across Sodexo, local and national client portfolios.  His responsibilities include building and sustaining customer relationships, sales team training and development, developing mobile service solutions, sales performance and even offering new products and services to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Dan Peacock:

Sr. Executive Director, Building Envelope and Roof Asset Management

Dan Peacock is responsible for all operational aspects of the National Roof Asset Management Program, and Building Envelope and Asset Management Program, including design with a focus on solutions, integration and long term strategic planning. Mr. Peacock’s areas of expertise lend themselves to executive management, roofing, general contracting, construction project management, architectural design, estimating and budgeting, real estate development, and facilities management. With over 30 years of construction, design and development experience, Mr. Peacock is an Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional.

Ron Butch:

Director of Operations Energy Efficiency Programs 

Ron Butch is responsible for leading the efforts associated with the Utility Energy Efficiency division for Sodexo Project Management. He is responsible for ensuring that his group provides full service management and implementation of commercial and industrial Energy Efficiency programs for utilities. These services include development of program websites for application enrollment, marketing collateral to promote customer participation, detailed program design of energy conservation measures such as lighting, HVAC and industrial customer processes and specialized outreach by our energy specialists. Ron’s team is also responsible for deploying Utility Rebate Harvesting transactions for large multi-site client’s throughout the United States.

Nick Opencar:

Senior Director of National Services

 

Nick Opencar is responsible for overseeing the operations of the National Services Division of Sodexo Technical Services.  This includes the management of the Vendor Affiliate Network, which entails 8,500+ vendors providing IFM services nationally.  This also includes managing the Account Management Teams that support large National Accounts.  Nick’s expertise lends itself to workflow enhancement to ensure that clients are fully supported and that expectations are met.  This is done by embracing technology while offsetting the challenges associated with market commoditization.  Employee engagement, team-building, training, and process development areas of strength for Nick as he works diligently to grow his team.

 

John Schuler:

Senior Director of Marketing and Communications

John Schuler is responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns to support the Business Development Group in the realm of Sodexo Technical Services and Sodexo Project Management.  These services include, but are not limited to: National Facility Service, Roofing, HVAC Construction, Building Automation Systems, and Utility Incentive Administration. With extensive real-estate operations experience, John is a Sales and Marketing expert.  With a firm understanding in Market Research, Social Media Management, SEO Strategy, Email Marketing Campaigns, and Graphic Design, John offers expertise to many aspects of revenue generating and branding campaigns.  As a co-chair of the Sodexo Corporate Responsibilities Team,  John is a key element of employee and community engagement activities.

 

 

 

 

Lori Martin:

Director of Quality Assurance and Control

Lori Martin currently leads the organization’s efforts to improve operational processes, training and systems.  As a Sig Sigma professional, she has successfully led teams to maximize customers’ quality of service delivery by standardizing procedures, optimizing training, and streamlining operational efficiency. Besides her great passion for business process improvement, Lori has many years’ experience in Contact Center Management and Operations in customer-facing roles. She loves to provide leadership to start-up operations and teams, and mentor associates and colleagues to achieve company objectives.
